Return Process

  Sleep on it

  We ask that you trial your Flo mattress for at least 30 nights to allow your body time to adjust to the new support structure.

• 2.
  Initiate Request

  If you are still unsatisfied after the 30-night break-in period, contact our support team via email or phone to start your return.

• 3.
  Schedule Pickup

  Once approved, we will coordinate with our logistics partners to schedule a convenient time to pick up the mattress directly from your home.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  After the mattress is collected and verified by our team, we will process your full refund back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
